Lasagna Rolls

Here is a twist on traditional lasagna. All the classic flavors but in a tiny cute package! Give this recipe a try!

⦁ Lasagna Noodles -9
⦁ Ground Turkey -1 lb
⦁ Spaghetti Sauce -1 jar
⦁ Ricotta Cheese – 1cup
⦁ Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
⦁ Parsley Flakes – 1tbsp plus some reserved
⦁ Dried Oregano -1 tbsp
⦁ Hamburger Seasoning – to taste
⦁ Black Pepper – to taste
⦁ Paprika -to taste
⦁ Egg -1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the oregano, parsley flakes and egg into the ricotta cheese and set aside for assembly station.
Cook the ground turkey until brown and add seasonings. Pour enough of the spaghetti sauce on the meat just to coat it and set aside.
Boil the lasagna noodles in salted water for 8 mins, drain and cool and set aside.

Add some sauce to the bottom of a greased baking sheet and spread it evenly. Take 1 lasagna noodle and smear some ricotta cheese on it (a little more than a table spoon is a sufficient amount), Add about a tablespoon of the meat mixture and roll the noodle up. Place it in the baking sheet and add a little additional meat to make sure the roll is filled. Then repeat until all the rolls are filled and placed into the baking sheet. Cover with the remaining sauce and sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Then sprinkle reserved parsley flakes on top. Bake at 350 for 30 mins with foil on and then remove the foil for 10 mins.

Let cool before serving.
